What is the So Henna Treatment?

So Henna is an eyebrow treatment that includes brow architecture (accurate measuring and shaping of brows using clients facial features) and tinting of brows using So Henna products . The treatment also includes excess hair removal using hot wax and tweezing to help shape the brows. It is a vegan friendly treatment and all the products have been certified as vegan friendly ! The henna is a natural alternative to other tints as it is free from ammonia, lead and oxidants. It gives long-lasting results with a natural ashy finish to prevent the orange brows that can occur with other henna products.

Styling Unlike other other types of brow tints available , So Henna treatments can provide a make-up look due to the skin staining properties. You can go for a strong defined brow look, or a more natural subtle look. We can also shape brows to your preference whether it be a strong arch or a more straighter look depending on your natural brow shape. As the tint does not stay on the skin for longer than 2 weeks we try to shape and tint to enhance natural brow hairs.

How long does it last?

The henna tint can last between 2-4 weeks on the hair depending on the clients skin type and whether they follow the aftercare.

Aftercare & Maintenance

So Henna treatments requires minimal aftercare, clients however should avoid getting eyebrows and the are wet for the first 24hrs. You should also avoid rubbing the are or using oil-based product until the henna tint fades. Please avoid fake tan for at least 1 week before/after treatment as it may interfere with the henna! So Henna brows treatments can be booked every 3-4 weeks to prevent over-drying the brow hairs.

Please remember that you must have a patch test at least 48hr prior to your first treatment!
